Family of three. Mom works 10 night shift a month and stay at home the rest of the time. Dad commutes to the Bay area to work Monday - Fridays. we have a 4 year old that i will describe with the term is used "strong will" child.
We have a morning gap from when mom gets home from work and dad has to catch his flight back to his job. and that is Monday mornings, we have a minimum need of twice a month and the most is every monday in a month. mom work schedule is self scheduling which means is varies a lot and the schedule is done three months in advance. so will have plenty of notice of which monday is needed. we occasionaly have a friday need in the evening when dad doesn't buy a flight and is driving down and traffic.
friday might be a need from 6 pm to 9 pm. monday child wake up at 830-9am. so from 6 am to 830 there is nothing to do but be home. maybe prepare her breakfast. mom (unless there is an emergency at work) gets home at 8-830. so mom can get child ready for school. or would like the sitter to get her ready and drive so mom doesn't do drowsy driving. the preschool is 1.5 miles away from the home. child also has very curly hair so if they can do hair that would be awesome
