I am interested in finding that superstar for my family needs! The job schedule will begin with 10 hours per week, split across 5-days, as an entry level schedule.

The plan is to scale up the schedule to 20-30 hours per week as things start to move along how I'm hoping things will be.

I am a single mommy of my two girls without their fathers help, and I'm a full time law student. ? *The struggle is real*

DUTIES:
- Pick up girls from after school program at 5pm to bring them home (same city [5-10 minute drive]).
- Homework oversight (assure homework is completed).
- 20 minutes practicing educational skills (reading, writing, math - so girls can catch back up to grade level).
- Meal Prep.
- Chore management: Making sure the girls have clean areas, etc.
- Conflict solving skills: The individual ability/creativity/skill to resolve sibling conflicts without relying on me for support.

- The ideal sitter will be someone my girls enjoy being around and are excited to see.
