Looking for a consistent babysitter that is interested in watching our 3 year old one weekend night per week (prefer Saturdays).

Prefer weekend to be a standing time - meaning expectation you'll babysit every Saturday night (often starting around 7pm) unless something comes up on either end. Our last sitter ended up babysitting every 3 out of 4 weekends, give or take.

Also need help with picking up our daughter 2-4 times a month from daycare and driving her back home (~5 min. drive) - dates will vary but will almost always be Tu-Th.

Consistency, communication, and reliability are important. Not interested in working with someone who is between things and has an uncertain schedule.
