We're a single mom, a sweet 1.5 year old boy, and a small rescue pup named Beaker! Mom works from home and while we have a full-time nanny, sometimes we need back-up care during the day or occasional evening and weekend hours.
The sitter's duties will include keeping my son engaged, including age- and developmentally-appropriate activities, like coloring, pretend play, sensory play, etc, and taking him on walks to nearby parks and playgrounds. Additional responsibilities include changing diapers, preparing toddler meals and snacks, feeding and clean up, and putting my son down for one nap a day. Help with general straightening up, toddler's laundry and dishes also very appreciated.
Care will be in our home. I also work from home so you will probably see me some, but I will generally try to stay out of your way.
