Part-time sitter to help with school picks-ups for three kids

We are a blended family with three very active boys. They are pretty self-sufficient but we need help with after-school pick-ups!
The sitter would need to pick the three boys up from two different schools about 15 minutes apart on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. When they get home, they will just need a snack and possibly some help with homework.
Our oldest son gets out of school at 2:30 Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The younger two get out at a different school at 3:00 on Monday/Tuesday and 1:15 on Wednesday. One parent would be home by about 4:00 as they have sports and music in the evenings. Occasionally, both schools will get out early around holidays.
