Mom, Dad, and 2.5 year old Hazel live in Castro Valley. Hazel is a calm, mature, and infinitely curious little girl who loves books, puzzles, and playgrounds. She goes to a daycare that she loves just a few minutes away during the week, and speaks both English and Español.
We do not work quite regular 9-5 hours, and need help 1-3 times per week getting Hazel ready for daycare and picking her up, especially when mom or dad is on work travel. And once or twice a month we would love to be able to go out on a date night! Some mornings this might include getting to our house as early as 6AM.
Our schedule is not regular, but we generally know when we will need help at least a month in advance. Her daycare is open weekdays 8AM to 5:30PM, and we mostly do not need help during those hours. We are happy to pay a minimum number of weekly or monthly hours even if we don't need help every week.
