We are a young family our son splits time at two homes we believe in open lines of communication in the best interest of M. About M: very sweet and outgoing almost 5 year old who loves company while playing board games and building anything.
My son almost 5 years is in TK and it seems like we will be needing help on the some weekdays which we let know far in advance for school pick up. An ideal start time would be 2:15 (pick up is 2:25) though sometimes he is let off around 12 noon, head home for a snack then he sometimes does an activity starting around 4. MI'm usually home by 4:30 we will do minimum 3 hours even is the sitter is relived early. We are in Camarillo.
We have regular care but there are a few days out of the month that we will need care with pick up from school or on a weekend to take to gymnastics class.
