Nurturing sitter for our little girl

Married with 2 kids, working professionals both mom and dad that need reliable care with a nurturing side.
Watch our 1 month old baby. Care for needs from coddling, diaper changes, feedings....etc.
Our home where we can leave by 8:30am and flexibility on getting home....varies between 4-6:30pm. Tuesday- Friday is a must with occasional Saturdays for date night if sitter is flexible.
