We'll be in Tempe for 5 weeks visiting family. We have 3 kids - 5, 3, and 1. They need fun, kind, yet confident caregivers to take care of them. We'll want one person dedicated to the older kids and one for the baby, though we need people that can do both. Given the heat, we want indoor activity primarily. Parents will frequently be around, but you'll be responsible for creating daily activities and rhythms. The house is very large and includes plenty of play space to run around in.
