No Phone Policy: Adhere to a strict no-phone policy during working hours to maintain focus on the child, with personal phone use allowed only during scheduled breaks.
Organizational Tasks: At the end of each shift, load the dishwasher and reset the play area to maintain a clean and organized space, as well as the child's room to be reset. During work hours, all focus should be on the child’s care.
