Sitter to drive kids to home

We are family of 4. Husband, wife, son and daughter. Son is 5 year old and goes for therapies. Daughter goes to day care.
We need sitter to pickup my son and daughter from therapy center and day care. My wife also will be traveling along with sitter to pickup my son and daughter. Additionally if sitter can help with basic household things - it will be good, but not mandatory.
