Part time Sitter/Mommy's helper for 2 boys

Hello! We are a family of 4 looking for a mommy's helper to work in our home starting after thanks giving, Monday-Friday for after school (3:30-6:30pm). We have a 8 year old and 3.5 year old. They both go to school very close to us. I work from home 2 days a week, but can be home at 3pm. I do not need anyone from 8:00-3:00pm since they are in school.
Help with after school activities, kids laundry once/week, light house keeping
M-F (3:0-6:30)
Sometimes weekend nights for a few hours.
