Hello! I am a single parent to a twice exceptional 7 year old son who is kind and funny. My child is diagnosed with high functioning autism and is also gifted. He’s very active and loves to learn and play. It’s just us in our home with no pets. My mom, who is a retired educator also comes to visit from time to time.
I’m looking for someone to tutor my child in first -third grade core subjects, including writing—which he struggles with the most. He was recently diagnosed with dysgraphia. I homeschool and use a mix of curriculum to meet his needs. We have a learning area set up in our home that is equipped with all of his learning needs.
I would prefer a college student studying education, child behavior, speech therapy, occupational therapy, or another related field. I am looking for someone to come 2-4 days a week for 3-4 hrs/ a day. The days of the week are flexible. The times are also flexible, but my child works best between 9am -4pm. Pay is negotiable
