We are new parents, who just welcomed our first son. I work remote and dad has flexible work hours. We love animals! Have 3 cats and 3 dogs. Must be comfortable around both.

I work remote but need to be on the phone regularly throughout the day. I would need assistance during the morning hours just to help when baby cries or needs to be changed or put down.

My schedule regularly changes. There may be some weeks I need help for certain days and not others.
