I need someone to potty-train my 3.5yr old. I have tried every single method and have been trying for a year and a half. I'm not looking for someone to teach me how to do it - I need someone who will directly potty-train him. Ideally would like someone who has already potty-trained multiple kids. You pick any three consecutive days between now and January 12. You will come over for three days in a row, perhaps for 6 hours or so, and I will pay you $12/hr. I will give you a $500 bonus for successful completion: meaning, he can recognize his potty urges, can verbalize them, willingly goes to the potty, and has more successful eliminations than accidents.
