Sitter needed for occasional care on our preemie

We are an LGBTQ family that recently welcomed our first newborn baby. He is a preemie so we are looking for a sitter who is experienced with preemie care. We also have a corgi at home who is very friendly.
We need help sharing the load taking care of our baby(feeding, changing diaper/clothes, washing/sterilize bottles etc.)
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car

- Bedtime
- Light housekeeping
- Nanny Share
