I have several years of babysitting experience and have taken more than one child care training course. I spent 2 years as a summer camp counselor and unit supervisor at Camp Sacajawea in Boone IA and 1 year at Canyon Field School in Grand Canyon, AZ. In Arizona I got my Wilderness First Responder, CPR, and Epinephrine certifications from the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). I enjoy educational and nature-based play and activities with young kids and can adapt to different ages and learning styles. I also love the classic babysitting activities such playing games, arts & crafts, and cooking and baking! I nannied for a three year old boy for one year during the beginning of the pandemic. I am experienced with any age over one years old. I am also experienced with helping children with remote schooling. I have a new puppy at home right now so I Read more am only available for babysitting not full or part-time nannying. I will be in Des Moines staying with family until January 27. I am a local and graduated from Roosevelt High School and the University of Iowa.
