I attended a small rural school of about 300 students Pre-K through 12th. My mom was a teacher there, and I worked in the after schools program, so I spent my entire childhood with kids of all ages. In high school I babysat for several families, including a family with four children (including an infant) which required overnight stays. I also have 7 nieces and nephews and several young cousins I have spent lots of time with and taken care of. I enjoy cooking and crafting with kids, and believe in being both kind and firm. I am vigilant and responsible. I enjoy children's curiosity and honesty, and how they respond with affection to people they can trust.
