Cynthia was a wonderful nanny to my 15 month old son. I work from home and have an unpredictable schedule. Cynthia was always early or on time and when I needed her last minute, she was there. Immediately, when you meet her, you will notice how genuine and lovely her personality is. I truly knew that Luke was in great hands. She brought her gorgeous, well-behaved daughter along with her to take care of my son. It worked out well because he had a playmate and she skillfully managed both children. I also noticed my son thrive developmentally because of the companionship and Cynthia's emphasis or reading and engaging the children. Oh, and she always took my son outside. She was so great at bundling him up even on cold days and getting both children out of the house. She is high energy, super responsible, and just very sweet. We relocated so she no longer babysits our baby, but we became friends. She's wonderful. Invite her over for an interview.
