My name is Kim Coleman, I am a retired Public Safety Officer for a technical college. 7 months after retiring, I was bored doing nothing so I started working at a childcare center in Milwaukee, February 2020. I started as a part time assistant teacher at a childcare and less than a month I became a full time teacher because Covid happened. I took classrooms to become a lead teacher and in June of 2022 I received my credentials to become a director. I recently relocated to Waukesha and I don’t want to commute in the winter. I’m also a Sunday school teacher for over 26 years. Children are no strangers to me because I have two married daughters, 6 grandchildren and bonus children and grandchildren through my marriage. God has given me a passion to work with children since I was 12 years old, being a play leader for Read more the 6 years old children. I love having fun with children and love to teach them. My main concern is the safety and well being of children. I would do my best to give them all the love, nurture and protection while they are in my care.
