Hello. I'm Laís and I'm happy to share a little about myself and my professional experience. I have been working with children for over ten years. For a long time I was a volunteer in institutions that value the integrity and development of children and adolescents in Brazil, my country of origin. In Brazil I graduated in psychology where I also dedicated myself to studying child development and working with children with learning problems, later I worked with autistic children. I am a professional extremely committed to the development of the children I care for. My degree and work in psychology gives me a great understanding of childhood developmental stages, as well as assertive interventions through games, music, and everyday situations. I am certified in CPR and first aid. I am fully vaccinated against COVID, I am not a smoker or drink alcohol. I cannot currently work as a psychologist Read more in the United States, but for now, I know that my experience contributes to working as a nanny.
