Hi! I’m Kacee, and I’m very passionate about childcare and children’s education. I am 18 and have graduated from Washougal High School. I am going to Western Washington University for early childhood education. I may not have too much experience with payed childcare, but I do have two younger brothers, 7 and 11, who I babysit a lot, and I volunteer to take care of toddlers and sometimes babies at my mom’s church. I also believe more childcare opportunities will help prepare me for going into early childhood education in college. Over the summer I worked at Gold’s gym as a kids club associate and took care of kids as their parents worked out, and then during fall quarter I took a compass to campus where I mentored students at Alderwood Elementary school.
