Hi my name is Margaret . My experience with watching children started when I was 19. I worked as a nanny for a sitter service; I fell in love with both the job and the children I cared for. My job duties included: feeding, bathing, educational based play and crafts, outside activities, park trips, naps, and anything else needed to make them feel happy and loved while their parents had to be away. I stopped babysitting after I had my first daughter at 23 and decided to stay home for a few years being a full time mom. I am 49 now and have two daughters, one is 26 and one is 19 and I have loved my time raising them, but they are all grown now. Being the type of person I am, I love being a caregiver and having the opportunity to nurture; So I want to do Read more babysitting again. Throughout my life I have worked as a secretary, sales person, and babysitter; and of all my jobs babysitting was my favorite. So now that my girls are grown I'm hoping I can get to do it again. I am dependable, loving, patient, resourceful, love children and enjoy staying busy. While my daughters were in school I spent a lot of time volunteering at their schools and my husband and I took a background check every year in order to help out. I will miss the opportunity to work at the school but look forward to the chance to work with children in other ways.
