I am a stay at home mom of two kids, my daughter is in elementary school and my son is 4 years old and stays home with me. We own a small home in fruit valley neighborhood very close to the school and park which we frequent. I also have a large backyard for summer fun. I am a mix between gentle parenting and natural consequences to help teach children how to handle their emotions in a healthy way and also that actions have consequences for example (if they hit another child with a toy then they no longer have the privilege of playing with that toy until they are able to play safely).
