Hello families! A little bit about me and my experience: I moved to Seattle from northern California about 5 years ago. I have been working with children in various capacities for as long as I can remember! I began babysitting in high school and volunteered at my local grammar school. I've worked in day-cares, Montessori schools, and as a date night sitter. While living in Seattle, I have nannied for several truly amazing families. The first family I began working for had 18 mos old twins, and I stayed with them until the boys went to into daycare. The second was a single mother with an infant. This was a very part time position. I nannied three children, with a set of twins and older sibling, who I began working with when the babies were just 3 months old and the older boy was 2 years. I am currently working Read more as a nanny for two families in a nanny share with 18 mos old girls.  I consider myself to be a very active and involved nanny. I love to actually interact and play with the children I work with, rather than just "watch" them. I enjoy art projects, outdoor activities, mini "dance parties", excursions to the parks, zoo, children's museum etc. I have a safe, reliable and insured vehicle, as well as a clean driving record. I am looking to dedicate myself to one family, or two for a nanny share. My rate is $18-$20/hour, however that varies depending on the circumstances (ages, chores ,# of children etc) I have wonderful references that will be made available to you after we meet (and like each other ;)) I do this out respect for my previous families and their time.
