I am a college student and just finished my first year, studying education. My goal in life is to work towards becoming a full time teacher, as supporting youth is my true passion. I have worked for the YMCA coaching sports and overseeing child care, where I won the YMCA Hero Everyday award in 2022 for my work. Throughout my highschool career, I also worked multiple jobs in schools as an intern teacher, with grades from preschool up to third grade. I started in this passion for taking care of kids with my own siblings, who had a lot of struggles growing up, so I would often have to be the one watching them, helping them with homework, and making sure they were okay.
