Hi there, I'm Ella! I've been working with kids as a camp counselor, swim instructor & lifeguard, and nanny for over 10 years and am excited to meet new families in the PNW! I have experience with children of all ages and have worked with several disabled kids, ranging from complex ADHD to those on the autism spectrum. I am CPR and first aid certified and am adept at juggling childcare with light housekeeping. I love skiing, running, hiking—really anything outside—and am always thinking of ways to incorporate the outdoors when babysitting (even in the rain). I'm also an avid reader and enjoy passing on that love to kids, either through co-reading, writing, or storytelling. I'm still close with families I have worked with in the past, and my own childhood sitters, and I'd love the opportunity to build a meaningful connection with your family.
