My name is Astella, and I want to be your nanny! I grew up as a big sister in a large, loving family, and I have loved caring for children for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family participated in a foster care program, giving me the opportunity to be a caregiver for dozens of children of various ages and from diverse backgrounds. This experience has shown me how vulnerable children can be and that one of the most important things we can do to make the world a better place is to take care of the kids and ensure they feel safe and loved. I believe that providing good care means being a good role model. For example, if we want to see our kids being kind, polite, considerate, creative, inquisitive, helpful, and positive, we have to consistently demonstrate those behaviors. I love to read books, Read more play games, bake, engage in imaginative play, go on adventures, build living room forts, and do arts and crafts. I also enjoy organizing outdoor activities and nature walks to help children appreciate the environment. I offer my attention, presence, and patience and will provide reliable childcare to your family. I am flexible with scheduling and am committed to being punctual and dependable. I look forward to meeting you and your family. I have my CNA license along with my first aid/CPR training and have experience working in a preschool as well as Montessori.
