I have worked in childcare for the last 9 years as a nanny and preschool teacher. My philosophy with children is to let them be little and gently guide them along the way. It's important to me for a child to feel safe in my presence- trust is an absolute with both a family and a child care provider! In my years of working with kids, I mostly enjoyed getting out to parks, outdoor play and exploring, arts & crafts and of course books and music. Generally, I just try to encourage kids to use their imagination. Currently I am a full time employee working with underprivileged teens in the community and have started my own business. I just need a few extra babysitting jobs a month to help out with the costs of life! These can be babysitting jobs for date nights or afternoon errands. Thank you!
