I am married and I’ve raised three children of my own, they are all wonderful respectful adults now who have left the nest and are currently growing loving families of their own. Winnifred cared for our 3 month old baby. She was proactive: called in ahead of time and came early to talk about expectations and baby's routines. I was impressed by her ability to quickly learn everything about the baby and come up with creative ways to calm the baby down. She made every effort to ensure the baby is safe and happy. When the baby was sleeping she helped with housework and was very efficient (made snacks, mopped the floors, folded laundry, and washed baby bottles/pumping equipment). I trust her, and highly recommend her as a nanny.
