Hello! I am a college senior preparing to enter into a masters in teaching program with a focus on elementary education. I have three years of experience caring for infants and children up to the age of ten. I started out by caring for my three youngest siblings, a pair of twin toddlers and a young boy. During the pandemic, I nannied for two families. One family of three with a toddler, and a family of five with an infant, a toddler and a nine year old. They were both wonderful families who were very pleasant to work with. Caring for three children all at once could be difficult at times, but it was fulfilling work. I also worked at a local daycare from July 2022 to January 2023. It was a great working environment and my coworkers and I became close with the children and their parents/guardians. Through the Read more daycare, I acquired CPR/first aid & blood borne pathogens certification, a food handlers permit, DSHS & safe sleep training, and a background check. All of which are still valid. Since I grew up helping my parents with my younger siblings, caring for children has always been a familiar and enjoyable part of my life. I've just always been drawn to the feeling of helping children learn and grow, which is why I'm devoting my future to elementary school education. I'm also high-energy and playful myself - I love playing games, doing art & crafts, puzzles, dance parties and more. I would love to provide your family with quality, reliable service.
