Hello, my name is McKaila and I am currently a twenty one year old nanny and teacher at a local preschool. I have been babysitting since I was twelve but didn't get serious until about a three and a half ago when I decided I wanted to become a preschool or kindergarten teacher. Currently, I have worked with fifteen families in the past six years but recently three consistently (weekly). I have watched kids between one month to twelve years old and loved every age. In my junior year of high school, I got to shadow a preschool teacher during the day four times a week. So I do have safe sleep training, bloodborne pathogens training, certification in recognizing and reporting child abuse, fingerprinting through DCYF, and background checks through MERIT. With that being said I also have earned and graduated with an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education with Read more an emphasis in Child Development.
