My name is Mindy. I am 45 years old. My husband and I have been married for 26 years. We met in Japan. It was my husband's first duty station in the AirForce. I had just graduated high school and was still living with my mom who was in the Navy. We have lived in Washington since the end of 2009 and moved to Deer Park in July 2020. My husband transfered here for his main career and for his job with the Air National Guard. We have two boys. Our oldest is 19 our youngest is 16 and will be a junior in high school. I was a stay at home mom after my boys were born until my youngest started school. I have had several jobs over the years,which have included cleaning homes and businesses,caring for the elderly as a CNA,driving a school bus, helping at schools for Read more recess and lunch time. I have experience with all ages of children. From a very young age I helped care for my siblings and children from my church. As a teenager I helped care for my premature nephew for several months and have watched many children of family friends over the years. I also have volunteer experience with Cubscouts and helping at my friends daycare. I was unable to have more children after my boys. I unfortunately don't live close to any of my family so have been unable to be around for the every day lives of my nieces and nephews. I miss being around children and would like to help a family that is in need of someone to care for their child/children.
