I am a nationally certified teacher who has recently left the public schools but doesn't want to walk away from children. I am currently working part time as a nanny to a wonderful family in West Seattle; however, I would like more hours. I have superb behavior management and organizational skills. I am punctual and have a clean driving record. My strengths include providing developmentally appropate games and activities, with a focus on early childhood skills associated with fine motor, cognitive, social and speech/language skills. I have 20 years experience with special needs children and am currently caring for typically developing children. I have a BA from Western Washington University, an MA from the University of Michigan, Dearborn. I love pets and have several of my own!
