Hi! My name is Karen. I am an active "almost" 60 year old who likes doing a variety of things, including finding part time employment opportunities. My "jobs" pay for (and help me justify the cost of) my annual Tennis Club membership. I have a BA in Speech and Hearing and currently work 15 hours/week at St. Joseph Hospital Birth Center as a Newborn Hearing Screener. As part of my employment, I am CPR certified. More importantly, I really enjoy being with and caring for babies and children. When my own sons were little, I had a small in-home daycare which allowed me to be a stay-at-home Mom and also gave my boys instant playmates. If you are seeking someone who is responsible, caring, patient and reliable, give me a call.
