Hello! I'm a recent graduate of the University of Washington where I studied Human Resource Management, Marketing, and French. In the fall, I will be pursuing a Master of Communication at the UW. Growing up as the oldest in my family, I was the built in babysitter for my 6 cousins (5 girls and 1 boy) and younger sister (ages 0-14). For 2 years of high school, I ran the toddler and preschool portion of my church's Sunday school. I also helped run 6 week long day camps at my church for kids ages 0-16 where I was responsible for 25+ elementary kids each day. I was also a regular babysitter for a 5 year old boy and a family of 3 boys (ages: 6 months, 2 years, and 4 years old) throughout middle school and high school. In middle school, I took a babysitting course through the American Red Read more Cross where I was trained in First Aid and CPR for adults, children, and babies. While going to school, I was recently re-certified in CPR and First Aid while working in a nursing home as a receptionist. I absolutely love working with kids and for a long time thought I would be a teacher (maybe I still will be!). I'm looking for any work before and while I am in grad school.
