Hi! My names Selena! Lets jump right into who I am and how I can benefit you and your family as a Nanny/Babysitter. While I have no paid experience, I have a plethora of life experience when it comes to childcare and bonding. Being one of six siblings, and second oldest, I have cooked for, changed, played with, and nurtured children as young as one year old. Not only am I someone who moves along well with adults and the more mature crowd, I am able to navigate and coast through the fantastic and everlastingly creative world of children. Being a creative individual myself (painting, dance, and many other hobbies and pursuits) but I have also been a camp counselor to groups of up to 10 girls ages 6-12 multiple times! I like to think of it as something that I'm just naturally gifted at. I enjoy the small talk, the curiosity, and the blunt nature of adolescents and find myself being reminded of important core beliefs through their truthful nature. As a sitter, I bring a wide variety of cuisine options if I need to cook, and strategy when it comes to things like bedtime and cooperation. I'm always open to having a more in depth conversation about my qualifications and experience if that is what would make you feel more comfortable.
