Hi everyone! My name is Aubrey, I am a junior at UVM studying public communications and studio art. I have been working with children for over 6 years. I started off as a babysitter but am currently employed at the Greater Burlington YMCA as a substitute educator. Here I have gained experience leading classrooms for children ranging from infants to four year olds. I have also worked the past two years at summer camps for 2nd to 8th graders. I worked as the art director, providing thoughtful lesson plans to spark creativity for our campers. I would love to introduce your kiddos to some fun arts and craft projects if they're interested! I also have volunteer experience working as a one on one aid for children with developmental disabilities. With this wide range of experience, I feel comfortable working with different ages, amounts of children, and abilities. While sourced in Burlington, I have reliable transportation and don't mind a commute! I am super goofy and love finding ways to learn.
