I became a caregiver because I enjoy spending my time with kids, watching them grow into young adults, and helping them each and everyday with different types of learning skills. All my life I have surrounded by children and now I am excited because I have gained even more experience by being a mother of my own. I have a 1yr old, 2yr old and 3yr old, all boys! I love my job when it comes to being a caregiver. I am very fun and energetic and have so much patience for kids. I love my job because any new idea I may get, I introduce fun activities with the children. As I watch each child grow and learn, I as well learn new things while teaching them. I help them learn their manners and how to have a good time with everyone without getting into small little fights. I Read more keep track of what they may need and I make sure to figure out ways of completing new tasks for the children. My past babysitting experience was just wondering and amazing, I was a teacher assistant at a family home daycare, I took care of many toddlers who were just great, they’re smart and they grow and develop new skills everyday. I read to them, sang to them, potty trained them, taught them how to trace lines, letters, numbers, and shapes. For sure I love arts and crafts so they always enjoyed when it was art time. It’s educational but very fun and artsy. Everyone got along, and in the bad moments they at least were taught how to handle a situation with their buddies. I’ve gone to many trainings, I am CPR/first aid certified, I have all my certifcates from all of the trainings I have attended. I am still planning on attending many more trainings in the future to learn more and more about everything that has to do with kids and safety stuff.
