I hired Sharaye to be my nanny for a month to care for my 7 month old son full-time. She brought her son along which I thought would be fine, since it would be nice for my son to have a friend to play with. However, Sharaye did not give me a notice or heads up that she found another family to nanny. I was devastated, especially since I wasn't given enough time to look for another nanny. She told me my 7 month old son was too needy and was too difficult to nanny along with her son. I think she is a great person who means well, but I don't think she is a great fit to be a nanny. If you do plan to hire Sharaye as a nanny, please be cautious. She might be good for a day by day basis as opposed to a long term due to her lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and commitment issue.
