Miss Paulette has been working with our family for two years. She seamlessly manages both my 3 & 7 year old sons. Over the course of two years, Miss Paulette has truly become a family member. She is able to not only watch the children perfectly but engage and teach them. She has a wonderful gift when it comes to educating and an abundance of patience. Paulette is an awesome sitter and educator. She has worked wonders with my 5 and 8 year old in regard to quality child care and assisting with homework, meals and child development. Paulette was with us for a little over a month. She was very nice and patient with our 4-year-old son. I believe if he was a little older it would have been the right fit but unfortunately, his activity level and independence proved to be a difference maker. We were looking for someone to help with learning, playing, potty training, and light house chores. While Paulette exceeds in the learning areas and is very creative the other areas, unfortunately, proved to be a challenge. Paulette resigned out of the blue stating that she felt she was not able to meet our expectations and we respect that and wish her the best.
