Hello!! My name is Haley L. (20,F) and I’m out in the RVA area for college. I had a dream to become a Neonatal nurse but I found my calling in healthcare administration. I am the oldest of 5 children, by the time I was 10 years old, I had been caring for a 6, 2, and 1 year old with the addition of my new born baby brother. Becoming an older sister to my sibling at a young age made nurturing and caring for others so easy. It came naturally. It was sometimes chaos in the house but you learn how to maintain order and smooth everything out. I love being a baby-sitter because I honestly just love to care for others.
