I am a 31 year old young person who loves caring for others. As a full spectrum Doula I have experience working with families during their most vulnerable moments but I also have experience in caring for families later in their children’s development as well. While living in the DMV area I had the privilege of working with several different families where the ages of the children ranged from toddlers to pre-teens. Being able to care for their children during my time off from my full time job as a Fitness Professional for various government agencies and law enforcement departments was a welcome change of pace as it forced me to use a set of skills that I would not normally use during my 9-5. As far as skills, I am certified in Strength & Conditioning for tactical athletes, Basic Life Support for Adults and Infants, First Aid & CPR, Read more AED usage, and I am a Full Spectrum Doula (Birthing & Postpartum services).
