Hi! … My name is Natyaa, I am currently working towards my psychological sciences degree at William and Mary. I have been working with children and young adolescent for about 5 years now so I am very meticulous when it comes to my work with children. Over the past 5 years I have learned so much about the child brain and how amazing it can be. And with my studies and work I have gained peaceful tactics, fun activities, baking skills, and the most important thing thus far, patience. So, as I’ve pre-mentioned, I am majoring in psychological sciences and what I’ve learned so far about the biology and mind of the human species is, a little complex to say the least; but because we focus on the earlier ages, I’ve found when I’m watching children it has became easier for me to analyze and apply my studies and new-found Read more knowledge. Fun fact: When your 4 years old, the logical part in your brain (frontal cortex) where information is gathered: motor skills, language, reasoning. Is at its pique, because the other parts of your brain really has not grown yet, so therefore you are basically a super-genius! .. Little things like this really make my work atmosphere, a work/study atmosphere. So I really take much pride on my attentiveness to the children I care for. I have a lot of passion for what I do, mixing my studies with my job it really takes the excitement for work up a notch because I’m constantly learning and observing, and for me that’s equivalent to living!
