Hello there! My name is Marie and I am currently attending VCU for my undergraduate degree in Psychology. I am CPR certified and am actively an EMT in the Richmond area. I am new to providing professional babysitter services but, I do have a lot of experience with all of the children in my friends and I’s families. I love kids and perhaps because of the career-path I am pursuing or maybe just because it is my nature, I understand what an impactful and important time for development early childhood is. I’m currently learning a lot about childhood development and different methods teaching and interacting with children. I try to incorporate principles from Montessori learning to encourage independence, curiosity, and hands-on activities. My goal is to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment, focusing on each child’s individual needs and development while ensuring their well-being.
