Hello! My name is Baylee. I'm 28 years old and have 4 children of my own. While living is Arizona, I use to provide respite care for my sister in law for the foster children she adopted. I've worked with several ages from newborns to small children as well as children with special needs. I love working with children because I was an only child growing up and was constantly with babysitters so I strive to be the kind of sitter that is loved and remembered as the child grows. I still communicate with my favorite babysitter as a child. Previously, I had attempted to work at a daycare however many circumstances lead me away from the daycare setting.
