I have been a stay-at-home mom for the last twenty-one years. I believe in providing children with a warm, nurturing environment. Safety is extremely important to me and I have a perfect driving record. A child's academics are very important, however, children should have opportunities to play and explore while still keeping up with their school work. That is how I raised my two children. My daughter is twenty-one and is a senior at VCU School of Engineering. She completed the Advance College Academy Specialty Center at Tucker High School in Henrico County. My son is sixteen and is in the Henrico County High Tech Specialty Center. Both my children are happy, successful, and well adjusted. Over the years, I have been on many school committees, a girl scout troop leader, and a caregiver to many. From 2012-2015, I was a volunteer Henrico County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) in Read more which a thorough background check was completed. I am very proactive, organized, and personable. I love children and pets. Now that my children are almost all grown up, I would love to use my skills and experiences to assist families with their child care needs.
