I am a 36 year old professional nanny with experience in long term care positions, mostly with ages from birth to 11 years old. I have an 11 year old stepson, a 17 month old, and one currently on the way. I do have a car, a good driving record, and I am a non-smoker. I am certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED. I am comfortable with animals, and have experience with dogs, cats, and birds. In my current position, I am responsible for the care of 3 children (ages 9, 7, and 5). I began in January 2019 when the youngest was 9 months old. Most days involve to and from school duties and indoor/outdoor play. On free days, we like to frequent parks, libraries, and other various children’s entertainment facilities. I was responsible for all school related tasks during the Covid shutdown and 2020-2021 school year. I Read more take care of light housekeeping chores when time allows. A previous position was for a family with a now 11 year old girl and 15 year old boy. I was with them from May 2012 to September 2017, starting when the youngest was 3 months old. A typical day involved the following: breakfast, outdoor play/physical stimulation, lunch, nap/quiet time (less as they got older), and mental stimulation/developmental activities. I also assisted with homeschooling the older child in the final year. When time permitted, I did light housekeeping. I have great references I can offer upon request.
