Ruby applied to our job posting, but never responded to our multiple attempts to reach her. I went so far as to schedule an interview with her, which she later declined without explanation. It was very unprofessional in that she reached out to us, but refused to tell us that she took another job, or was no longer interested in the position (I don't honestly know what her reasoning was). Upon further review of her profile, though, it was noted that she has a history of not showing up. It's apparent that she decided she is not a fit for our family, I wish we would have been given a bit more feedback, however, on her end. I wish her the best of luck in the future.

Wasnt able to leave a review under the Babysitting tab...so I put it here Ms.Ruby has been sitting for my family for a little while now and I have know complaints. She's always on time and even helps with light household duties without you even asking. She was able to watch my daughter at the last minute so I could go to work and I'm so thankful for that. My kids love her and they become sad when its time for her to leave.

Mrs. Ruby was excellent. She came over to meet my husband and I prior to her taking the job. She showed up on time and she kept the girls entertained. Most surprisingly, she was able to get my two year old to talk to her and help her find things. She also kept a log of the babies activities. We were very happy with our services and would definitely recommend her to any family that needs care. We wish we could have her full time. Most importantly, we will be utilizing her services in the future.

Ruby watched my daughter for two weeks and she was wonderful. She cooked her dinner, took care of her, played with her, and my daughter had a great time with her. Thanks Ruby!

Ruby is the best! I wish she was my full time sitter. I definitely had a peace of mind while at work because I know Ruby would be taking good care of her. Definitely the best sitter I have worked with thus far. Would definitely recommend Ruby to anyone. She's a God sent sitter/nanny.

Ruby was punctual. She immediately engaged my son. He enjoyed having her over and can't wait until next time. I will certainly be contacting her with future needs.

She was kind enough to come on very short notice, and showed up right on time. She was very reassuring, and excellent with my twins. She even got them to eat off their plates (they're toddlers, so normally they just dump their plates on their trays). I will definitely hire her again!

My son became sick and I needed someone to watch him the next day while I was at work. Ruby was able to watch him last minute. I felt very comfortable leaving my 9 month old son with her and she was wonderful! She was early, listened to everything I had to say to make TJ feel comfortable. I recommend Ruby to anyone.

Ruby watched our children for the first time last night. Everything went wonderfully. Our kids loved her so much. We have even asked her to come back again :)

Irresponsible and unreliable would be the only two words to describe what we think of Ruby after attempting to setup a session with her. Making contact with her was pleasant and effortless, and we were confident she would be the perfect fit for the job. Feeling assured we setup an interview with her, the time came and she was nowhere in sight. We didn't even hear from her, so we figured we could give her a call and see what the problem was. Upon calling her, she informed us that she stopped by and that we weren't home. We let her know that she must have stopped in at the house on the front of the lot, which is letter A. We're letter B in the back. All was still okay at this point because we understand that finding our location can be rather confusing. Still, we would have preferred that she be proactive by letting us know that she made an attempt and that we weren't home, that was neglected. We figured we'd give her another shot because of her outstanding reviews here on S.C. so we setup another night when we needed her services. Tonight, in fact. The time we had arranged came and went and she again was nowhere in sight. No phone call, no anything. Overall, highly unsatisfied.

Our children really enjoy Ruby! We have used her three times. She has always been on time or early and has always responded to e-mails and texts. She is very easy to communicate with. She is genuinely glad to see the children, keeps them busy and happy, has activities in mind. She even brought them a little treat last time she was here! We will definitely keep using Ruby in the future. Thank you!

Ruby was wonderful! My son loved her and she even cleaned up a little bit! I've used her twice already and will definitely use here again!

Ruby showed up on time and at short notice. She was able to take great care of my son and also my other children before and after school. I would recommend her to other families. She was very personable and trustworthy.

Ruby was great! My son told me that she took him over to the neighborhood park, brought him bubbles, and more. She definitely kept him busy!! She was responsible for getting my daughter from the bus stop after school and getting them a snack which went well. She even washed all of the lunch dishes in the sink as we were just finishing up lunch when she arrived and we had to rush out the door. This was a huge relief after a long and stressful afternoon!! Thank you Ruby for your dependability.....
