Hello! My name is Kaelani. I am a Mother of 2. I have a son who is 7 and a daughter who is 21 months. I have had paid babysitting jobs since I was 12 years old and I am now 31. I have 2 siblings who are quite a bit younger than me who I also took care of a great deal, even before my paid babysitting jobs. I am certified in infant, adolescent and adult CPR, AED and First Aid. I have been a tutor for children, and I have also been a music teacher for children. I have many references from people whose children I have cared for. I am very caring and nurturing towards children, and I believe these are very important aspects to have as an adult towards children to teach them, because they are our future and they deserve a healthy environment. I have Read more worked with special needs children, and I believe music is very therapeutic for special needs children as well as children in general. I was also a chef for a number of years, and my son is on the autism spectrum and has ADHD so I have experience specifically with that, and him being a very picky eater, I have learned how to cater to children’s specific dietary needs.
